Container Shop: 18㎡ (with 2 wooden cabins as accessories), 27㎡ (with 2 wooden cabins as accessories). Limited quantity, first come, first served.

II. Business Model and Rental Requirements

Prioritize the commercial model

Specialty catering (local snacks, themed light meals, etc.), cultural and creative retail (scenic area souvenirs, handicrafts, souvenirs), sales of local products from Qinghai, and lifestyle services (convenience stores).

2. Restricting Business Types

This rental offer does not include the tea and beverage business segment. We encourage the establishment of differentiated and distinctive business projects.

3. Fee Standards

Rent: Calculated based on the rental area and the number of log cabins, it is collected in a lump sum for an 8-month lease period.

Fixed fees: Water bill, garbage removal fee, and property management fee are uniformly charged at 1500 yuan per unit per lease period (based on the number of wooden houses).

Electricity fee: According to the commercial electricity standards, the merchants shall pay the fee based on actual usage.

4. Management and Operations

During the lease period, all parties must strictly abide by the various management regulations of the scenic area and the Yige Market Management Office. They must operate legally and in a compliant manner, with civilized and honest business practices, and must comply with unified management and scheduling.

III. Enrollment Requirements

Natural persons with independent civil capacity or legally registered enterprises/individual businesses.

2. Good reputation, with no record of illegal business operations, violations of laws and regulations, or acts of dishonesty.

3. Those with experience in commercial operation of scenic areas will be given priority; for the catering sector, relevant food business licenses are required.
