Recently, the 10th Shenzhen International Tourism Industry Expo, with the core theme of "Linking Global Tourism Resources and Cross-border Empowerment for the Integration of All Industries", grandly opened at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition brings together nearly a thousand professional buyers in the cultural and tourism industry from across the country and overseas. It also holds over 30 industry forums and resource matching activities simultaneously, making it an important platform for exchanges and cooperation in the cultural and tourism industry. The "Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area in Qinghai" and the "Yiwu Poplar Scenic Area in Xinjiang" under the Western Mining Group, a top 500 enterprise in China, were invited to participate in the exhibition.

In the core exhibition area of "Beautiful China" at the exhibition, the booth jointly created by Chaka Salt Lake and Yiwu Poplar Scenic Area became the focus of popularity. This booth adopts the design concept of "natural texture + cultural core", integrating the "Mirror of the sky" image of Chaka Salt Lake and the vigorous spirit of Yiwu Poplar into the spatial layout. Through immersive scene creation and interactive experience design, visitors can directly feel the unique charm of western cultural tourism. The salt sculptures and salt cultural and creative products with the characteristics of Chaka Salt Lake on display in the exhibition stand have continuously sparked a visiting craze due to their combination of ornamental value and commemorative value. With ingenious conception and distinct features, this joint booth successfully won the "Best Booth Design Award" at this year's Travel Expo.

During the special promotion session, the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area mainly focused on fully promoting the creation of a national 5A-level tourist attraction this year. The scenic area is accelerating its intelligent construction, adding an intelligent tour guide system and a smart tourism experience center. It aims to optimize the entire service process of the tour with technology, always adhering to the principle of putting the tourist experience at the center, and comprehensively improving the service quality and management level of the scenic area. Meanwhile, the "Chaka Qiyuan" salt sculpture art cluster, which the scenic area focuses on developing, divides the entire salt sculpture into three major theme areas: myth and legend, historical and cultural, and dreamy fairy tale, allowing tourists to deeply experience the profound heritage of salt culture through interactive puzzle-solving. Up to now, the annual number of visitors to the scenic area is nearly 2.9 million.

The Yiwu Poplar Scenic Area, which was also participating in the exhibition at the same time, also demonstrated strong appeal. The Yiwu Populus Euphratica Scenic Area covers an area of 476,000 mu. It is a perfect combination of desert populus euphratica and snow-capped mountain Populus euphratica. This unique geographical environment has created various shapes of Populus euphratica trees. The Yiwu Poplar Scenic Area, with a 22.9-kilometer main tour loop constructed in the layout of "one core, one center and five zones", connects distinctive scenic spots such as the Ten-Thousand-year-old Root Carving Area, Pterodacus Home, Agate Mountain and Poplar Secret Realm. Each stop showcases the unique features of poplars of different ages. The scenic area has deeply integrated local geographical features with cultural elements, achieving remarkable results in the fields of study tour expansion and eco-tourism.
