In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the reconstruction project of the Daohu Tea Road from Heima River to Dashuiqiao section, in accordance with the construction drawing design documents approved by the Department of Transportation of Qinghai Province and the construction period, the relevant matters concerning the full closure of the construction section are hereby announced as follows: 1. Fully enclosed construction section: Reconstruction Project of the Daohu Tea Road from Heimahe to Dashuiqiao Section, K117 to K162(from Heimahe Town to Dashuiqiao Toll Station). 2. Full closure period: From 0:00 on October 9, 2025 to 24:00 on July 31, 2026, totaling 296 days. 3. Restricted vehicles: All types of social vehicles. 4. Traffic restriction measures: During the restriction period, all restricted vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the managed sections. To ensure the safety of vehicle passage, it is now decided that the diversion and restricted sections will be implemented in accordance with the following plan:

Small passenger vehicles, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large passenger vehicles and freight vehicles traveling from 倒淌河 town in gonghe County to Chaka town in Wulan County (or in the opposite direction) can enter the G6 Beijing-Xizang Expressway through the 倒淌河 toll station and detour (the travel time is about 2 hours).

From 倒淌河 town, gonghe County, through the Erlangjian Scenic Area of qinghai Lake to Chaka Town, Wulan County, small passenger vehicles (3.5m < length ≤7m and passenger capacity < 16 seats) and medium-sized passenger vehicles (length < 6m and passenger capacity 9 to 20 people) can pass through the Erlangjian Scenic Area of qinghai Lake and then follow provincial road S307 Qiajiang Road to enter the gonghe County entrance of G6 Beijing-Xizang Expressway for detour (the travel time is about 4 hours). . Note: Large passenger vehicles (with a length of more than 6 meters and a passenger capacity of more than 20 people) and freight vehicles (5 tons and above) are prohibited from passing through the Qiajiang section of Provincial Road S307.

③ Large passenger vehicles (with a length of more than 6 meters and a passenger capacity of more than 20 people) and freight vehicles (5 tons and above) traveling from 倒淌河 town in gonghe County via the Erlangjian Scenic Area of Qinghai Lake to Chaka Town in Wulan County must return to the 倒淌河 town toll station of G6 Beijing-Xizang Expressway and detour via G6 Beijing-Xizang Expressway (the travel time is approximately 3 hours).

For small, medium and large passenger vehicles traveling from Chaka Town in Wulan County to Heimahe Town in Gonghe County (or in the opposite direction), they can detour via G0612 Xihe Expressway/National Road G315 and Provincial Road S208 (the travel time is approximately 3 hours).

From Chaka Town in Wulan County to Heima River Town in Gonghe County (or in the opposite direction), small passenger vehicles (3.5m < length ≤7m with a passenger capacity of less than 16 seats) and medium-sized passenger vehicles (length < 6m with a passenger capacity of 9 to 20 people) can travel along G6 Beijing-Xizang Expressway to Gonghe County, then take Provincial Road S307 Qiajiang Road and merge into Daohu-Chaka Road for detour (the travel time is approximately 4 hours). Note: Large passenger vehicles (with a length of more than 6 meters and a passenger capacity of more than 20 people) and freight vehicles (5 tons and above) are prohibited from passing through the Qiajiang section of Provincial Road S307.

Vehicles passing by are requested to follow the road traffic signs and announcements, and obey the instructions of traffic police, transportation law enforcement officers and on-site construction management personnel. To prevent traffic congestion, it is advisable to choose routes in advance for safe and orderly travel.
